Our team utilizes various techniques throughout the day to create an all-inclusive environment for participants during corporate events. Our instructors set group activities and adopt a coaching style to guide participants through their tasks. With extensive experience in team building and team development, our team effectively works with individuals from diverse backgrounds, ensuring that all outdoor activities are both diverse and beneficial.
Our sessions for corporate events include a variety of group activities designed to achieve the aims set at the start of the day. Participants will be engaged and challenged throughout, whether they're climbing 30ft into a tree to retrieve an item and relying on their team to guide them down, or tackling a desktop issue that requires true leadership to solve. We also arrange lunch and refreshments to keep everyone energized throughout the day and during breaks between outdoor activities.
External Activities
Depending on your location, we also utilize external venues and collaborate with other companies to support your corporate events and ensure that your day of outdoor activities is the success you desire. These venues range from Country Parks in the Lake District to Wildlife Parks in Lincolnshire, and we even provide opportunities to soar to new heights at the UK's largest Urban High Rope course.
We partner with these organizations to facilitate engaging group activities, ensuring that the objectives for your team building and team development days are not only met but achieved in a unique and memorable way.
Information and Prices
GroupTogether Ltd specializes in organizing corporate events and can accommodate up to 150 participants each day. We will divide the participants into smaller groups ranging from 10 to 20, focusing on engaging group activities that promote team building and team development.
