Team Building Days
We offer full and half day team building sessions, with lots of engaging activities. This is a great way for new friendships to be formed and a good way to challenge each other by stepping out of comfort zones. Involving different departments within the sessions also create a fantastic networking opportunity.

Our Team Building Days
This is our very bespoke and unique way of including a large number of participants for a full day of team building. We cater the days to meet your needs, from outdoor adventurous activities to classroom workshops and problem solving activities. We can come to you or arrange a suitable venue for your day to take place.
Our team
Our team use different techniques throughout the day to ensure it is an all inclusive environment for participants. Our instructors will set the groups tasks and use a coaching style to assist them through the task. Our team are well versed in working with people from all different walks of life, this helps ensure all their sessions are diverse and beneficial.
Our sessions
Participants will partake in a number of different activities, all which will meet the aims set at the start of the day. Everyone will be challenged and engaged throughout the day. We can either get them climbing 30ft into a tree to retrieve an item, then jumping out hoping their team are ready to guide them down or they could be faced with a desk top issue that needs true leadership to resolve the problem.
Lunch and refreshments can be arranged throughout the day and for in between sessions.
External Activities
Depending on your location we also use external venues and other companies to assist us with ensuring your day is the success you desire. These range from Country Parks in the Lake District to Wildlife Parks in Lincolnshire and also helping you soar to new heights with the UKs largest Urban High Rope course.
We work with these other organisations to ensure the aims for your team building days are met and achieved in a unique way.
Information and Prices
GroupTogether Ltd can cater for up to 150 participants each day. We will split the participants into smaller groups between 10 and 20. Price per person is based on the aims of your day.
