What we can bring to your event
Our Activities
Depending on availability and the needs of your event, our attractions can include:
- Bouncy castles and inflatable slides
- Our 30-foot inflatable climbing wall
- Water zorbs
- Football shootout
- Dart ball
- Activities suitable for younger children
We’ll help you choose the right combination based on your available space, expected attendance and the ages of your visitors.
Bringing the Fun to Your Event
When attending public events, we normally bring a minimum of three inflatables. Visitors can choose:
- £4 per person for a 15-minute session, giving access to all our operating inflatables.
- £10 per person for access to all our inflatables throughout the day.
We accept both cash and card payments—because nobody should miss out on a bounce simply because they haven’t got change!
All-day access is available during our advertised operating hours and remains subject to queues, safety instructions and any applicable age, height or weight restrictions.
Safe, Staffed and Supervised
We don’t simply unload the inflatables and disappear!
Our competent and experienced event staff set up, operate and monitor the activities, manage visitor numbers and explain the safety rules. Most importantly, they ensure children can enjoy themselves in a safe, welcoming and well-managed environment.
Some attractions have age, height or weight restrictions, which will be explained before use.
Working With Event Organisers
We offer flexible arrangements depending on the size and type of event.
Before attending, we will agree either:
- A pre-arranged pitch fee paid by GroupTogether Ltd to the event organiser.
- An agreed donation from the profits generated at the event.
Everything will be discussed and agreed beforehand, so there are no unexpected surprises once the gates open.
Set-Price Event Hire
We also hire our inflatables and activities for private events, school events, corporate family days and organised celebrations at an agreed set price.
Prices vary depending on the activities required, event duration, location, access and staffing requirements. Contact us with your event details and we’ll provide a tailored quotation.
Weather and Safety
All inflatable activities are weather dependent. We continually monitor conditions and may temporarily pause or close an activity if heavy rain, lightning or unsafe wind speeds make it unsuitable to operate.
The weather may occasionally have its own plans, but safety will always come first.
Power and Setup
We bring our own generator, so your event doesn’t need to provide one. However, where suitable on-site electricity is available, we would prefer to use it.
We’ll discuss access, available space, ground conditions and power arrangements with you before the event.
Event First Aid Cover
Need first aid cover as well as entertainment? GroupTogether Ltd can also provide professional first aid cover for events.
Medical cover is planned and quoted separately according to your venue, expected attendance, activities and event requirements.
