Safety first, bouncing second—although fun is still firmly on the list! All inflatable hires are subject to GroupTogether Ltd’s full Terms & Conditions and current risk assessments. The hirer must provide clear access, a clean, level and suitable setup area and a safe electricity supply, while following all instructions provided at delivery.
A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times; user numbers, age and height limits must be observed, larger and smaller users should be separated, and shoes, jewellery, sharp objects, food, drink, smoking, vaping, rough play and climbing on the walls are not permitted.
Weather conditions must be monitored before and throughout the hire. Inflatables must not be used during heavy rain, snow, thunderstorms or lightning, or where winds or gusts reach the manufacturer’s permitted limit or 24 mph, whichever is lower.
If conditions become unsafe, everyone must leave the inflatable immediately and the equipment must be switched off and secured as instructed. GroupTogether Ltd reserves the right to delay, refuse or cancel any hire that cannot operate safely; if we cancel because of adverse weather, a full refund will be issued in accordance with our published terms.
