The course is designed for anyone working in a professional environment with children or young people.
This course meets the requirements to be on the Ofsted Childcare Register (OCR).
A full 2 day Paediatric First Aid is available for those that require this to meet the requirements of the EYFS,
Ofsted and the organisations own Risk Assessment.
If 100% of staff at a venue, working in a professional childcare setting, are paediatric first aid trained you can apply for Millies Mark.

Assessment & certification
The course takes place over six hours on a single day and will include both theory and practical sessions.
Paediatric first aid certification is dependent on successful continuous assessment. There is no final examination. Those learners who complete the course will be deemed to have reached the required standard and will be awarded an certificate valid for three years, after which time you will need to renew your certification.
Pricing & booking
The cost of this course for up to 12 learners is from £650. Larger groups of up to 24 learners the price is from £900. Group bookings are for bookings of more than 6 learners. Individual price for this course £75. These prices include certification and a manual. There are no additional costs. Deposit of 20% must be paid when booking a course and the remainder paid at least 2 weeks before the course starts. Booking forms sent out via email upon request.
